 SPRING BREAK ACADEMY POSITIONS

SY22 Sites TBD

Program Dates:

(5 program days – Monday, April 4; Tuesday, April 5; Wednesday, April 6; Thursday, April 7; Friday, April 8)

**CURRENT CONTRACTED EMPLOYEES WILL BE CONSIDERED FIRST. IF THERE ARE STILL OPEN POSITIONS AFTER THAT EXTERNAL CANDIDATES MAY BE CONSIDERED

 

4 Teacher Positions 

 

  • The licensed staff deliver evidence based instructional curriculum that actively engages students in learning aligned to covid recovery needs.  
  • Report student progress toward those areas at the end of the program.
  • Implement and monitor behavior interventions for students who need them.
  • Work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team in providing quality services to students.
  • Direct the work of Special education assistants and collaborate with related services staff.
  • Communicate frequently with families in order to increase/maintain parent involvement in their child’s learning. 
  • Valid MN teaching license in special education required. 
  • ASD/DCD for K-5 and ASD/SLD/EBD/ABS for 6-8 preferred.

 

Program dates: April 4th-8th  4 days/week (Mon-Thurs).

Program Hours: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.

Staff Hours: 8:00-1:00
